SERENE

Serene is an app and smartwatch pairing to detect early signs of anxiety as well as provide calming meditation and frequency haptics to better manage symptoms. The smartwatch uses sensors to detect your heart rate and sweat levels to catch anxiety symptoms early. When a level is abnormal, you device will buzz to notify you. By pressing the side button once, it will activate a calming buzzing frequency. By pressing the side button twice, you will let the device know you are not in need of a calming frequency.

The final deliverable for this project is an app prototype.
